Payments and Refunds policy

/ BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
You may book our interpretation services, up to one calendar month in advance of your preferred date. Dates are subject to availability, which you may check on the bookings calendar provided.

All bookings must carry a 50% advance at least 7 days prior to the actual booking date to receive a booking confirmation. The remainder 50% must be remitted at least three days in advance of the actual booking date. In case of cancellation, the amount with us may be adjusted towards your next booking date. Please note our cancellation term mentioned.

/ CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please call us at least three days in advance of your booking date.

If your cancellation is received by us, less than three days prior to the date of actual booking, you will lose 50% of paid up amount. Please note that you may reschedule your dates up to a maximum of two times within a timespan of three months of the date of your original booking, after which your paid up amount will not be liable for any refund and will be forfeited. For each rescheduling of dates, an amount of ¥300 will be levied.
